Purser Development is a locally owned and operated building company based in Perquimans County, NC. Our goal is to create high quality, environmentally sound residential homes and commercial buildings, using the latest in modern design and "green" technology. We have developed unique relationships with many of the local craftsmen, to guarantee quality results from start to finish.
Purser Development is insured and licensed in North Carolina to build residential and commercial structures up to $1,000,000. We are also a member of the North Carolina Home Builders Association. Our services include custom design, new construction, remodeling and interior design.
About Charles
Charles Purser, owner of Purser Development, LLC and also head of the Architecture Department at the local community college, founded the company in 2005. He holds a Masters degree in Adult Education from East Carolina University and is licensed to build residential and commercial structures in North Carolina.
With over 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry, Charles has learned that strong communication and attention to detail are the keys to customer satisfaction. He works directly with the client and coordinates all projects performed by the company to guarantee the work is completed on time and above industry standards.
Charles is also the local representative for Professional Building Systems, a western North Carolina manufacturing company building custom, high quality modular homes.
